1. Service Description

TCG Snoop is a free price comparison website that aggregates trading card game prices from Australian online retailers. We help users find and compare prices for singles across multiple stores.

2. Price Accuracy

Prices displayed on TCG Snoop are collected automatically from retailer websites and updated approximately every 24 hours. Prices may change between updates. We do not guarantee that prices shown are current or accurate at the time you view them.

Always verify the final price on the retailer's website before making a purchase. TCG Snoop is not responsible for pricing errors or discrepancies.

3. Stock Availability

We display items that were in stock at the time of our last data update. Availability may change at any time. We cannot guarantee that any item shown as in stock is still available.

4. External Links

TCG Snoop contains links to third-party retailer websites. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or responsible for the content, products, or services of these external sites. Your transactions with retailers are solely between you and the retailer.

5. No Warranty

TCG Snoop is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TCG Snoop and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to purchasing decisions made based on information displayed on this site.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from TCG Snoop
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or its infrastructure
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service

8. User Accounts

You may create an account on TCG Snoop to access additional features such as wishlists and price alerts. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

By creating an account, you agree to provide accurate information and to keep your account details up to date. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

9. User Content (Reviews and Submissions)

TCG Snoop lets you post reviews of stores and submit business listings. By posting content you agree that:

• The content is your own honest opinion based on a genuine experience, and is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
• It is not defamatory, abusive, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit, illegal, or otherwise harmful, and does not infringe anyone's intellectual property or privacy rights.
• You have not been paid, offered a discount, or otherwise incentivised by the store to post the review. Paid or incentivised reviews must be clearly disclosed.
• You are not posting on behalf of a competitor to harm the store, and you are not the store owner or an employee.

You retain ownership of your content. By posting it, you grant TCG Snoop a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to display, distribute, copy, store, moderate, and excerpt your content in connection with operating and promoting the service.

We reserve the right to remove, edit, or hide any user content at our discretion, including but not limited to content that violates these terms or has been reported. Reviews represent the opinion of the author and not of TCG Snoop. We do not independently verify the accuracy of any user-submitted content.

10. Marketing Communications

By creating an account, you consent to receiving occasional product updates, feature announcements, and marketing emails from TCG Snoop. You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email or updating your preferences in your account settings.

11. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at support@tcgsnoop.com.au. Upon deletion, all associated data including your wishlist and price alerts will be permanently removed.

12. Intellectual Property & Trademarks

TCG Snoop is an independent, unofficial price-comparison service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or approved by any trading card game publisher, manufacturer, or rights holder. All card names, set names, game titles, images, logos, trademarks, and copyrights referenced on this site are the property of their respective owners and are used here for the purpose of identification and price comparison only.
